Commercial Roof Repair Services
Emergency response first, permanent repair second, warranty intact throughout.
Commercial Roof Repair Services
On a commercial building, a roof leak rarely stays a roof problem. It becomes a tenant problem, a stock problem or an equipment problem within hours, which is why the first priority is stopping water getting in and the second is doing the repair properly.
We respond to emergencies around the clock, make the roof safe and dry, then quote the permanent repair with photographs. Where the roof is under a manufacturer warranty we work within its terms, because an unauthorised repair is one of the quickest ways to void one.
Repairs we carry out
- Emergency leak response and temporary protection
- Hot-air welded membrane and seam repair
- Flashing, curb, pitch pan and penetration repairs
- Drain, scupper and sump repair and clearing
- Photographed documentation for insurers and owners
Emergency response and temporary protection
The first visit is about limiting damage: locating the entry point, sealing or covering it, and clearing whatever is causing water to back up. That is deliberately a holding action, done in whatever weather is happening at the time.
The permanent repair follows in proper conditions, because membrane welding and adhesives need dry surfaces and sensible temperatures. Anyone promising a permanent single-ply repair in driving rain is promising a repeat visit.
Repairs that do not void your warranty
Manufacturer warranties on commercial systems usually specify who may work on the roof and how repairs must be carried out. A well-meant repair with the wrong material, or by a trade running a cable through the membrane, can end the warranty on the entire roof.
We work to the system requirements and document what was done, so the warranty survives the repair. If we did not install the roof, tell us who did and what warranty is in place and we will work within it.
Questions about commercial roof repair services
We keep emergency response available around the clock, and an active leak into an occupied space goes to the front of the queue.
Not if it is carried out to the manufacturer requirements and documented. Unauthorised repairs, or another trade cutting the membrane, are what typically void warranties.
Yes, and most commercial repairs we do are on roofs installed by somebody else. Tell us what system is up there and what warranty applies and we will work within it.
