Commercial Siding Services

Cladding and wall panel systems for occupied commercial buildings.

Commercial Siding Services

Commercial cladding work is rarely just about the panels. It is about doing the work on a building that is trading, with tenants, customers, deliveries, fire escapes and parking that all have to keep functioning while an elevation is open.

We install fiber cement, composite panel and metal wall systems, and we plan the sequencing, access and protection as carefully as the detailing. On an occupied site, those are what actually determine whether the job goes well.

Commercial cladding we handle

  • Fiber cement and composite panel systems
  • Metal wall panel and profiled cladding
  • Rainscreen detailing with a drained and ventilated cavity
  • Work staged around occupancy and trading hours
  • Multi-building and portfolio programs

Working on an occupied building

Elevations get sequenced so that entrances, fire exits and loading stay usable. Scaffolding and lifts go up with pedestrian protection planned rather than improvised. Tenants get notice of what is happening on their elevation and when the noisy stages fall.

None of this is glamorous, and all of it is the difference between a cladding project a landlord would repeat and one they would not.

Rainscreen and the drainage cavity

A rainscreen assembly assumes water gets past the outer panel, and gives it a drained, ventilated cavity to run down and out of, over a properly detailed weather barrier. It is how modern commercial cladding is expected to perform.

The performance lives in the cavity, the barrier and the flashing at every opening and transition. Panels that look identical from the car park can behave completely differently depending on what was done behind them.

Questions about commercial siding services

Yes, and most commercial cladding we do is on occupied buildings. Elevations are sequenced so access, exits and loading keep working throughout.

Yes. We coordinate notice and scheduling with property management so each tenant knows what is happening on their elevation and when.
