Residential Roofing Services
Every residential roofing service we offer, from the free inspection through to a full replacement.
Residential Roofing from Apex Construction Services
A residential roof works every single day and gets looked at almost never. Apex Construction Services covers the whole lifecycle of that roof: the free inspection that tells you where you actually stand, the repair that buys you another decade, and the full replacement for when repairing has stopped making financial sense.
We install and service asphalt shingle, standing-seam metal, TPO, spray foam and flat roofing systems on homes. That range matters, because it means the recommendation you get is based on what your house needs rather than on the one product we happen to stock. Every job starts with an itemized written estimate and ends with a walkthrough and your warranty paperwork in hand.

01 · ASSESSMENT
Repair or replace?
The honest answer depends on three things: the age of the roof, the condition of the decking underneath it, and whether the damage sits in one place or spreads across whole planes. A single failed flashing on an otherwise healthy ten-year-old roof is a repair. Granule loss across every south-facing slope on a twenty-two-year-old roof is not, however cheaply somebody offers to patch it.
This is the entire reason we inspect before we quote. You get photographs of what is actually happening up there and a straight recommendation, including the times when that recommendation is to do nothing yet and look again next year.
02 · PROCESS
How a residential project runs
We inspect and photograph, then send an itemized estimate covering scope, materials, timeline and cost. Once you approve it we schedule around the weather rather than around our calendar, because installing a roof system in the wrong conditions is how sealing problems start.
On site we protect landscaping and hard surfaces before the tear-off begins, keep the site clean at the end of each day, and run a magnetic sweep for nails before we leave. We finish by walking the job with you and handing over the warranty documents.
Residential Roofing questions
Architectural asphalt shingles typically run twenty to thirty years, standing-seam metal forty to seventy, and single-ply flat systems fifteen to twenty-five. Ventilation and maintenance move those numbers more than most homeowners expect.
Yes. We document the damage properly, provide the paperwork your adjuster needs, and can meet them on site. We do not negotiate the claim on your behalf, though; that stays between you and your insurer.
No. Roofing is noisy and most residential jobs run one to three days, but you can stay in the house throughout. We will tell you in advance which days will be loudest.
